Interactive Sandbox
Test VESSOT's secure storage API in real-time. No account required. See exactly how the API works with our interactive demonstration.
Getting Started
Your API Credentials
Public Sandbox: This is a public sandbox area, which is why the API token and encryption key are displayed in plaintext. When using your VESSOT account, you should never reveal your API token or encryption key. Always store these sensitive credentials securely and add them as environment variables in your integration.
Use this token to authenticate your API requests in your own integrations. You can select and copy this value to test in your setup.
Leave the encryption key blank in the forms below to use this default key. You can also use your own encryption key in the form fields.
Generate Your Own Encryption Key
Generate a new encryption key to use in the forms below, or copy it for use in your own setup.
Note: This tool is for sandbox testing only. For your own account, generate and manage encryption keys as described on the setup page, which ensures keys are only ever seen by your environment.
You can copy this key and use it for testing in your own setup, or paste it into any of the form fields below.
How to Use
You have two options:
- Try it here: Use the forms below to test all CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete), view responses, and see all stored data in the sandbox table
- Use in your own setup: Copy the API key and encryption key above (or use your own encryption key) and test the integration in your WordPress, Magento, or custom application
All sandbox data is cleared automatically every hour
This sandbox demonstrates how to use VESSOT's API. The same operations and responses you see here are what you'll get when using our official integrations for WordPress and Magento, or when building your own custom integration.
